Langyaw In Transit

Categories I Travel

A boat passenger peeks from one of the windows while in transit from Tablas, Romblon to Batangas City.

Being a photographer and an avid traveler is more than I can ask for. It’s two of my most desired activities that I don’t think I can’t live without. What better way to celebrate this but with a special photo series at Binary Silver?

Series 55: In Transit is now commencing. These four photos are just a peek of the set with a total of 15 black and white images.

And speaking of special, what better way to mark my most anticipated month of the year, February, which is just a few hours away, when I get to be a year older not only in life but in love.

An old man taking the bus in Balaoan, La Union.

The set covers different types of travel. It starts with the sea with a striking image of a person peeking out the window of a boat. A few images later, and a loaded tricycle marks land. A blurred girl at the airport just before flight ends the series.

Commuters taking the MRT at Quezon City.

The locations are diverse: Tablas in Romblon, Metro Manila, Culion in Palawan, Siocon in Zamboanga del Norte, San Jose in Nueva Vizcaya Ecija, Balaoan in La Union, Davao City, Lapulapu City in Cebu and Hongkong.

A child becomes a blur while running around the waiting lounge at the international airport in Mactan Is., Cebu.

Check the photos out. There will be two posts per week.

You won’t be disappointed. 🙂
