I’m not so much a theme park person but when the opportunity presented itself during a visit in Tagaytay, specifically at Sky Ranch, I can’t say no and just really had to ride the Sky Eye not because I was longing for it but of the photographic opportunities it entails: seeing the spectacular Taal Lake with Taal Volcano at the highest possible point. Ever.
The Sky Eye started to move up, slowly, like Singapore Flyer slow but I was excitedly waiting to reach the apex of this gigantic ferries wheel. Slowly up, and slowly, the view started to spread. It didn’t deter me that the glass of the capsule that I was in was not clear but when we reached the topmost, I can’t just help but marvel at the sight, and take images at the same time.
It was one of those unforgettable moments. Not because I was at Sky Ranch to enjoy the rides but because of that one specific view, wondrously beautiful. And there are other attractions and rides too within the grounds that is good for a family with kids or young adults.

I am doing a carrying capacity study for Taal volcano. it will be great if you can fill up the questionnaire below. It will also help if you can pass on the link to people you know who have also been there. Many thanks. Let me know if the link doesn’t work.
