Fastest & most convenient way to travel from KLIA to KL

One of the things that I like about traveling between Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (both Terminals 1 & 2, KLIA and KLIA2, respectively) is the ease, speed and convenience via the KLIA Ekspres, a high speed, direct line train transfer that only takes you 28 minutes along the 57 kilometer track. There’s fast free wifi onboard, baggage racks and comfortable seats. What I love during a day trip? The views of the countryside and the changing terrain and landscape as one approaches the city. You start at KL Sentral where the first trip is at 0500H and the last trip at 0040H. At the other end, at KLIA2, first train is 0455H and last is 0055H.

Although this might be the most convenient and fastest, it does come at a price. But there are ways to get a discount, as much as 20% from the ticket price. If you book via the automated ticket kiosks, you get a 10% discount. If you use Mastercard credit or debit card, you get 20% off! What’s more, it has an app for Android and IOS which I use when I ride the KLIA Ekspres. Just check below how it goes.
