Details of the contest:

1) The three friends you would want to bring with you should also do the same at least once. But the more entries you and your friends have, the more chances of winning.
2) Contest starts on 28 April 2014 for the next 22 days ending on 20 May 2014.
3) The raffle will be drawn at noon of 20 May, 12 hours after it has ended. Drawing of winners will be done electronically through the Rafflecopter.com website where the raffle system was set up.
4) Winners drawn through Rafflecopter.com is final and executory.
5) Winners will be announced within two (2) hours from drawing via Twitter (@LangyawMedia and @EstanCabigas), Facebook (Langyaw Media, LangyawTravel and Ilocos Sand Boarding pages), Facebook (Estan Cabigas personal account) and Instagram (@LangyawMedia) and will be notified within four (4) hours from the draw.
6) In the event that the winner will not respond within a two (2) week period, that winner will no longer be considered and another draw will be done and will follow the same process as above.
7) Winners will be given an official and signed certificate stating the winner’s name, the prize and validity of the certificate.
8) Prize can be redeemed anytime within the six (6) month validity period as long as winner will inform LEAD Movement and arrange for a mutually agreed schedule.

Conditions of the prize:

1) The prize of one (1) Sand Boarding and 4×4 Adventure ride for four (4) persons with an overnight stay at La Elliana Hotel in Laoag City is valid for six months upon awarding of prize.
2) The one (1) Sand Boarding and 4×4 Adventure ride for four (4) persons with overnight stay at La Elliana Hotel should be redeemed together.
3) The prize does not include travel, accommodations, food and other expenses incurred by the winner and his/her friends from their places of origin to Laoag City and vice versa.
4) Any other expense relating to travel, accommodation, food and others incurred by winner and his/her team from their places of origin to and from Laoag City should be shouldered by the winner and his/her team.
5) Langyaw Media and LEAD Movement are only responsible of bringing the winner and his/her team from La Elliana Hotel to the sand boarding and 4×4 adventure ride destinations and vice versa.
6) In the event that one or two or all of the original designated friends that the winner stated to include beforehand won’t make it, he/she can replace those who won’t make it and inform Langyaw Media of the changes.
7) In the event that the winner won’t make it, the winner has the option to transfer the prize to another person provided that a signed endorsement letter is submitted to both Langyaw Media and Lead Movement and must indicate the name of the recipient. Validity of prizes is still within six months from announcement of winner.
8) A waiver with pertinent conditions, as required by LEAD Movement may be signed before the prize can be fully redeemed. Failure to sign this waiver would forfeit the prize and the winner may or may not endorse the prize to another person.
