The Caririga River in Pili, Camarines Sur is quite interesting for waterfall lovers. Flowing down the slopes of Mt. Isarog, an hour’s hike, or depending on your gait, it’s possible to see eight waterfalls! Just imagine, eight cascades of different sizes and height and you get to enjoy one of Bicol’s wild areas! Best of all, its just close to Naga City. The trail leads you to one of the undisturbed areas of Mt. Isarog, in Barangay Curry that is also historic in terms of…Continue Reading “8 waterfalls in 1 hour! Waterfalling adventure in Pili”

It’s been more than an hour since we’ve been stranded here under the tailend of the flyover in Alabang waiting. Time is ticking and my destination,…Continue Reading “Bus broken, stranded under the flyover”

Ah Summer. With the heat soaring to the 40s in Metro Manila, you would want to just spend it somewhere invigorating. Like a five star luxury resort in Panglao. Great food, great weather (well, you can always retreat to your temperature controlled room), pristine beach and just do nothing all day. Vacation. The Bellevue Resort Panglao in Barangay Doljo, Panglao, Bohol is an oasis, a refreshing resort that not only is far from the maddening crowds of Alona Beach but it’s a great place to…Continue Reading “A luxurious stay at The Bellevue Resort Panglao”
