We were clapping our hands when our ZestAir plane started to fly out of the tarmac of Terminal 3 in Manila, after getting our flight delayed by our own Bureau of Immigration. But despite that minor setback, the bigger news is this:
ZestAir now flies to Kuala Lumpur
It now joins other Philippine based airlines in servicing this about three hour route from Manila. The better thing? It lands and departs from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Not the budget terminal that other airlines fly to.
ZestAir’s foray into Malaysia is its fourth international route after Incheon (South Korea), Shanghai and Jijian, both in China and with its plans to expand its fleet, do expect more international routes to come.
Malaysia is a beautiful country and is one of the most popular ASEAN destinations not only for foreigners but Filipinos as well. It has a myriad of offerings ranging from food, leisure, business, adventure and just pure vacation and fun. It has all, and coupled with it having some of the world’s notable architecture? It’s a paradise for me.
As one of the invited travel bloggers, I will be here for the next few days and will be exploring Kedah.
