hi. i guess we didnt have any of those technical glitches but that experience you had is a big hassle. what i dont like about cebu pacific is that they have hidden rates that they dont inform the people. they entice us with their low rates on newspapers and then they make you pay for some other charges and taxes aside from the terminal fee. so i dont like them at all. sometimes, PAL charges as cheap as they do so future passengers should just search the internet better

@manse,

hmmm, i don't know much about the budget and places to stay in davao since I've been away for a number of years already. regarding your trip, do you plan to do a one bus ride? philtranco have these trips. if you want to stop and visit places along the route, it's still possible but will entail riding on several buses.

@tagahibaiyo, @brennan,

I don't think that they're really doing anything about these complaints. they're just thinking, "oh well, they will still come to us" or "there's still many people who will patronize us" mentality.

dapat na nga lang they should put something: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, CIAO!

Stan,

During their Piso seat sale last November 2009, I booked for flights for Luzon. There were then three instances of erroneous bookings that were billed to my credit card. I told at least 5 different representatives (and yes, waiting for a human being at the other end could take at least 15 mins!) that their website froze during those times. To make the long story short, I got refunded on two but not on the first. The agent told me that it was their policy that the first booking counts as the legitimate one. And that I should pay for that.

I did not argue further for that unrefunded flight though. But I beg to ask: Why should Cebu Pacific put unnecessary burden to the customers for their own technical glitches? And what have they done so far to address these complaints?
