We just had to pass by this beautiful islet!

You won’t miss Aguirangan Island off the coast of Sabang in San Jose Partido, Camarines Sur. When you’re heading to Caramoan, this is one islet that you just have to pass by and for the first time visitor, you might think that this is already part of the fabled Caramoan Islands. But its not.

The northern part is a bit rocky but holds interestingly formed rocks and sea creatures but at the other side, it’s just creamy white, fine sand that you would want to build sand castles with. What I do like about it? It’s a wide and picturesque stretch of sand!

The water is just so inviting too, pristine and on a beautiful clear day, you get postcard pretty pictures with just the sky perfectly blue, water in different shades from emerald to azure and stunning views of Mt. Isarog and Mt. Mayon!

GETTING THERE You need to hire a motorized banca from Sabang. Although rates may not be as expensive because of its proximity. There is an entrance fee and beach huts can be rented for about P250.
