Hi Estan, I love bibingka, especially right off the smokey coals. Best to eat them while still hot, as they get a little rubbery later, but still delicious.

@nomadic pinoy, broas are indeed quite common around the country. saw loads of it in Lucena. you should try the budbud kabog. if you’re in manila, try visiting the salcedo or legaspi weekend markets

I love suman especially with a hot cup of binatil na tabliya. I’ve been to Cebu before but I don’t remember trying the Budbud Kabog. The Broa reminds me of neighboring Bohol where it’s also available.
